Development priorities

Define the experience.
Then the specification.

Texture & application

Define the texture, application and finish: light gel, rich cream, serum or rinse-off. Share a reference and what you would change.

Formula & finished pack

Pump, dropper, tube or jar? Share the dispenser and fill size early so the formula and packaging can be evaluated together.

Objectives & evidence

Define the skin type and intended benefits. Share proposed claims and target markets so testing addresses the claims you plan to make.

What to define

Bring a useful brief.

Start with a reference and your priorities.

  • Product type, intended user and place in a skincare routine
  • Desired texture, application feel, finish and a reference product
  • Ingredients to include or avoid, plus fragrance preferences
  • Pack type, dispensing method and fill size
  • Target market, intended claims, quantity and launch priorities
Prepare your enquiry

Before we start

A few practical
questions.

Do I need to choose the ingredients first?

No. You can start with the intended user, product type and desired experience. If you already have ingredient preferences or an existing formula, include them so the development discussion begins with the right constraints.

Can I select the packaging before the formula is finished?

You can bring a preferred pack or an existing component. Share its specifications early: dispensing, material compatibility and filling requirements need to be considered alongside the formula. A visual reference alone is not a final packaging specification.
