Technical details
Production & packaging.
Manufacturing & filling
Liquids, gels, creams, oils, emulsions and micronised suspensions. Automatic or semi-automatic bottle and tube filling, sachet samples, assembly and labelling are selected for the product.
Materials & packaging
Ingredient sourcing, primary containers and secondary packaging. Options include bottles, tubes, jars, airless systems, caps, lids, dispensers, applicators, droppers, cartons, labels, inner boxes, sleeves and cell wraps.
Plastic, glass and aluminium are considered alongside compatibility, usability, cost and destination-market requirements.
Finishing & delivery
Printed labels, packaging and marketing materials, product-registration support and shipping through logistics providers. Documentation, destination and dispatch responsibilities are agreed before delivery.

Specifications & approvals
The handover covers the approved formula and sample, material and packaging specifications, artwork, checks, testing and acceptance criteria. Confirm site documentation, quantities, schedule and delivery responsibilities before the run.
Minimum quantities
Batch requirements, fill size, packaging components and variants affect order quantities. Minimums and commercial terms are confirmed for the proposed product.
Development & production timing
Allow for samples, testing, approvals, materials, manufacturing and delivery. New development and existing-formula projects have different steps; timing follows the agreed work.
