Can you handle the whole product, or just manufacturing?
We can manage formulation, samples, packaging sourcing, manufacturing, filling, labelling and delivery. You can also bring an existing formula or your own packaging. The scope starts with what you already have—not a requirement to buy every service.
Can I start with a reference product instead of a formula?
Yes. A reference helps explain the texture, scent, finish or dispensing you want. Tell us what you like and what you would change—for example, a lighter cream or a different fragrance. We can develop a new formula or adapt an existing base.
Can you manufacture a formula I already own?
Yes, following a production review. We need the formula, ingredient specifications, process information and intended packaging. That lets us check material availability, filling requirements and any further testing. Agree confidentiality terms with us before sending proprietary documents.
Can you source the bottle, pump, label and carton?
Yes. We source primary and secondary packaging, including bottles, jars, tubes, pumps, labels and cartons. If you have your own components, we review those too. A pump must suit the formula’s viscosity; a container must suit both the product and the filling process.
Where will my product be developed and manufactured?
Our team is based in Kuala Lumpur. We develop formulas with our European laboratory partners and manufacture, fill and pack products at our facilities in Malaysia.
Are your manufacturing facilities certified?
Yes. Our facilities’ certifications include Halal, ISO 9001 for quality management and ISO 22716 for cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
